Radivu is a directory of publicly available live radio streams. We do not host, store, upload, or transmit any audio: every listing points to a stream published and delivered by a third party. If a listing points to your content and you want it removed, tell us and we will act.

How we handle a notice

We review every notice on its merits, and no court order is required. When a notice is valid we remove the listing within 48 hours and it stays removed. Because we index only a pointer, removing it here takes the link off Radivu; the stream itself lives with the third party hosting it, whom you may also wish to contact.

What a notice should include

The work being infringed: the station, show, or broadcast, and who owns it.
The exact Radivu address(es), for example radivu.com/listen/<station>.
Your name, organisation, and role (rights holder or authorised agent).
A reply email we can reach you at.
A statement that you believe, in good faith, the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act for the owner.
Your signature. A typed full name is fine.
