Black Country Radio serves the region that gave us Slade and Led Zeppelin (yes, Robert Plant is from West Bromwich). The station's playlist reflects that heritage, rock, indie, and local talent you won't hear on national stations. Morning shows can be a bit chatty for my taste, but the afternoon music blocks hit hard. There's a genuine community feel here, unlike polished corporate stations.
