Droogies

Droogies is a beautiful mess. This French station throws punk and reggae together like they always belonged side by side. The playlist jumps from The Clash's 'London Calling' (which already mixed both) to French hardcore punk, then drops into some roots reggae from the 70s. It's chaotic, but that's the point. When you listen to Droogies live, you never know what's coming next. Rough vocals and skanking guitar riffs one moment, a slow dub groove the next. This isn't for the faint of heart.
