I've been tuning into Lbc live for a few days and it's a mixed bag. The daytime slots lean safe, lots of Ed Sheeran and Lewis Capaldi. It's fine for background. But the real magic happens after 10pm. That's when DJs pick records nobody else plays. I heard a rare Prefab Sprout track next to a new Squid single. That juxtaposition reminds you why radio still matters.
