NRJ Chambery

NRJ Chambery runs the same playbook as the rest of the NRJ network: current hits, nothing older than it needs to be, and a heavy tilt toward dance and French pop. Angèle, Aya Nakamura, David Guetta, Dua Lipa. That's the register. It's a tight, repetitive format, and if you want deep cuts you'll be disappointed. But as a local relay it does something the national feed can't: it belongs to Chambéry, and it sounds like it. French radio doesn't get more mainstream than this, and that's fine. The presentation is in French and keeps the pace up, short links between songs rather than long talk breaks…
