Kaguraadio

Kaguraadio doesn't explain itself. It just plays. That's the appeal. Estonian radio can be a polite, well-behaved thing, and this one regularly forgets its manners in the best way: folk, pop, electronics, and the odd detour nobody asked for. You'll hear Trad.Attack! and their snarling runic folk sitting near Tommy Cash's deadpan absurdism, and somehow the jump works. Most links are in Estonian. Even without a word of the language, the delivery carries the mood. Where it stumbles is when it plays it safe.
