Neutral FM

Uruguay's airwaves rarely get much attention outside the region, which is a shame. Neutral FM makes a decent case for tuning in. The formula is blunt: Latin pop, homegrown candombe and murga, and news blocks that actually interrupt the music instead of talking over it. That mix sounds awkward on paper. It isn't.
