Cosmos Fm is Argentina's eclectic music outlet, but the 64kbps stream lets it down. Still, the programming makes up for it. After a week of listening, the playlist roams from classic tango to modern rock nacional, with unexpected detours into folk and cumbia. It's not polished, and that's part of its charm.
