Russia might not be the first place you'd expect a dedicated Western folk station. Yet Radio Caprice Western Folk takes the genre seriously. The playlist leans heavily on the classics - Woody Guthrie, Pete Seeger, early Dylan - but also digs into obscure 60s revival and Appalachian fiddle tunes.
