Klara is the Flemish public broadcaster's classical and jazz channel, and the benchmark for classical radio in Belgium. It behaves like a proper cultural institution should: unhurried, curious, allergic to filler. Mornings belong to Bach and Mozart, though not the greatest-hits version. You'll get the cello suites, the odd cantata, a period-instrument recording that makes you rethink a piece you thought you knew.
