Radio Dhoom lives up to its name. It's high-energy Hindi music, mostly Bollywood current hits and some bhangra. The opening track on a Tuesday afternoon was a Badshah number, followed by a classic Lata Mangeshkar - that's a smart transition. The DJs speak Hindi with an American accent sometimes, but the passion is clear. They keep the momentum going with party anthems and love songs. It's not subtle. That's the point.
