Classic Rock lives up to its name in the most literal way possible. The playlist is a well-worn collection of arena anthems: Led Zeppelin's 'Stairway to Heaven' airs multiple times a day, The Who's 'Baba O'Riley' is a near-hourly fixture, and you can bet on Pink Floyd's 'Comfortably Numb' during the evening slot. It's predictable to the point of being a cliché. That predictability is exactly why it works for its audience.
