Shivashakti is a name that tells you plenty: Shiva and Shakti, the devotional current running through a lot of Nepali broadcasting. Expect bhajans, lok geet, and the dohori duets that still fill hill villages at festival time. The folk side is the interesting part. Nepali folk traditions borrow from both the Himalayan and Indian classical worlds, and singers like Narayan Gopal set the standard that devotional stations still chase.
