Radio Russkij Berlin knows its lane and stays in it. That's a compliment. Tune in live and you're hit with Russian pop - the current stuff, not just oldies. Dima Bilan's Eurovision anthems, Zivert's slick synth-pop, even a bit of Egor Kreed. It's unabashedly commercial, but that's the charm. The station serves Russian speakers in Germany who want a slice of home. The morning show drags with too many ad breaks, but the music blocks redeem it.
